Hair & Make-Up Trainee/Junior

After establishing a successful freelance business specialising in bridal and occasion hair and make-up, I decided to retrain and expand my expertise into the TV and film industry to pursue a new creative direction. Combining years of client-facing experience with specialist screen-based training, I have developed a strong foundation in hair, make-up and character creation.

My experience includes working on short films and a low-budget feature film, alongside skills in wig styling, prosthetics, body painting and special effects. I am passionate about creative storytelling and enjoy using hair and make-up to transform characters and bring concepts to life.

I am now looking to build a career within TV and film, contributing to productions while further developing my skills and industry experience.

Joseph Wynne

Joseph Wynne

Supervising Art Director

Athletics mad by 7. Bored of that by 14.

First girlfriend at 15.

Left school at 16 & pursued stand-up comedy, broke the bank.

18, I worked nights in The Carden Arms. But then I stopped pulling pints & started pushing myself.

I upped my game. Made a leap.

I learnt all about the art department at uni, learnt on set as a Standby Art director to think on my feet. And off them.

I put my life in the hands of Production Designers. & held their mood boards in mine.

I left home. I wrote home. I found a new home. I worked on shows I never dreamed I would. & art directed films I never thought I could.

The elements. The hours. The fears. The doubts. All over the world.

Sure, I was born in Wrexham. But I was made in the Film & TV Industry.
